This action arose as a result of an automobile accident occurring near the intersection of State Highway 11 and Eighty-seventh street within the village limits of the village of Sturtevant, Racine county. The plaintiff-appellant, Rev. Kenneth H. Leatherman, was a guest passenger of the defendant-respondent, Rev. Elmer L. Boileau. The defendant-respondent, Garza, was the operator of the vehicle which struck the defendant Boileaus automobile. (Garza has not appeared in this appeal.) The defendant-respondent, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, is the insurer of the defendant-respondent, Rev. Boileau.
